shipment:
In countries outside Germany we ship only with postal services. Differences in form and color may be possible at some items,
because many of our articles are handmade. We usually ship order within 2 weeks. If we do need any longer for the delivery, we will contact our customers
Payment:
We accept VisaCard and MasterCard, PayPal or cash in advance. COD is not possible.
Returns:
We will gladly refund or exchange any merchandise within 3 weeks of purchase. Please include a copy of the invoice.
Refund or exchange of CDs only in original packaging with unkroken seal.
Limited Warranty:
On watches and other technical items we have a 2 years limited warranty. Please inform us within 7 days if an article is defective.
